Effects of DA and Oxy on AP-2 recruitment and PI3-K activity. (A) OK cells wild type (OK Wt), cells expressing the S18A mutant (OK S18A), and PCT cells were incubated with or without DA (2.5 min at 23°C). The immunoprecipitated material with an AP2αC antibody was analyzed by Western blotting using an antibody against the NKA α₁-subunit. The figures shown are representatives of four replicate experiments. (B) PI3-K was determined in cells incubated with 1 μM DA in the presence or absence of 1 μM Oxy (2.5 min at 23°C).
