For 5HT1A receptors, ANOVA across all contributing variables indicates a main treatment effect (p < 0.0001) and a treatment × sex interaction (p < 0.02), with significant treatment effects for both males and females (p < 0.0001 for each). For 5HT2 receptors, there was only a main treatment effect (p < 0.03), so lower order tests for each sex were not conducted.
