Therapeutic immunization with OVA-BiP hybrid peptide/hsp70 complexes of mice with 5-day established tumors. Mice were injected intradermally with 5 × 105 MO4 cells, and then 5 and 14 days later, as tumors were becoming palpable, they were immunized with OVA-BiP hybrid peptide/hsp70 complex or OVA peptide alone or were not immunized (control).
