SAM and RAD Domains Play Different Roles in the Interaction of Mst50 with Mst11 and Mst7.
The full-length Mst50, Mst50-SAM (SAM deletion), Mst50-RAD (RAD deletion), and Mst50131-367 (the Mst50 middle region; residues 131 to 167) constructs were assayed for their interactions with the Mst11 bait (A) and Mst7 prey constructs (B). The resulting yeast transformants were assayed for growth on SD-Leu-Trp-His plates at specified concentrations (cells/mL).
