Growth inhibition by CuSO4 of C. albicans strains deleted for both alleles of CaCRP1 (KC13) or CaCUP1 (KC16). Cultures were grown overnight while shaking in synthetic complete medium supplemented with the indicated concentrations of CuSO4. The optical density of the cultures at 600 nm was measured at the end of the incubation.
