Analysis of peripheral blood and macrophage population in AUF1−/− mice. (A) Red blood cell parameters and numbers of leukocyte subpopulations were obtained by complete blood cell count and differential cell count of peripheral blood. No significant difference was detected between AUF1 knockout and wild-type mice. (B) Numbers of macrophages in peritoneum and spleen were determined by flow cytometry analysis of F4/80 surface expression (a cell surface marker specific for murine macrophages). Representative histograms are shown (n = 5 in each group). No significant difference was observed.
