Liposome association is inhibited by mAbs. (A) Samples were treated as in Fig. 1, except that they were incubated with mAb IgG for 15 min at 25°C before adding the liposomes. F1a is a neutralizing mAb specific for PIV5 F. 14C2 is a control mAb specific for influenza virus M2 protein. Samples were incubated with liposomes at 50°C. (B) Samples were treated as above, except that they were exposed to 6 M urea or pH 11 for 10 min after heating.
