Western blot analysis of recombinant NorM and its mutants. Wild-type NorM and site-directed mutants (as indicated in the figure) were expressed in E. coli TG1ΔacrAB as N-terminally His-tagged proteins. Cell lysates were separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, followed by Western blotting using an anti-His monoclonal antibody.
