SDS–PAG was stained with SYPRO^® Tangerine Protein Gel Stain for subsequent scanning and quantification. Lane 1, MigL10/L12₄; lane 2, MthL10/L12₄; lanes 3 and 4 MthL10, and MthL12 premixed in a molar ratio of 1:2 and 1:6, respectively.
