Bs/EcCt, B. subtilis FtsZ with the C-terminal peptide from E. coli; Mpu/EcCt, M. pulmonis FtsZ with the C-terminal peptide from E. coli; Mpn/EcCt, M. pneumoniae FtsZ with the C-terminal peptide from E. coli. Wild-type results show the results when each foreign FtsZ was tested in the wild-type E. coli background.
