Total RNA was recovered from 2 × 10⁶ cells after differentiation with PMA and stimulation with P. gingivalis LPS. (A) RNAs were hybridized with the LITAF sense RNA probe. (B) RNAs were hybridized with the LITAF antisense RNA probe.
