Data were used from the District of Columbia and the 12 states that administered the Quality of Life and Caregiving Module: Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Utah, and Virginia.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommend 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on at least 5 days per week in segments of at least 10 minutes (32).
