Steady-state cellular ATP concentrations are decreased in Tyk2-null compared with wild-type B cells. Lysates were prepared from wild-type, Tyk2-null, and Tyk2-null pro-B cells that were reconstituted with either wild-type Tyk2 or kinase-dead Tyk2 and analyzed for cellular ATP levels.
