BV-2 cells were treated with 1 μM 15d-PGJ₂, 80 ng/ml of LPS, 15d-PGJ₂ + LPS, or the control buffer for 24 h, then the MTT assay was performed. Results are mean ± SEM of n = 3 independent experiments, each of which was done in triplicate. Asterisk indicates significantly different from other samples (P < 0.05).
