ICP27 is necessary for IκBα loss. (A) Replicate cultures of CV-1 cells were mock infected or infected with wt KOS, d100, d103, d106, d107, or d109 at the indicated MOI (2.5, 5, or 10). Whole-cell lysates were prepared at 8 hpi, and Western blotting was performed to detect IκBα; the membranes were then stripped and reprobed for α-tubulin.
