Selection for PA-457 resistance. (A) Ten flasks of pNL4-3-transfected Jurkat cells were cultured in parallel in the presence of 50 ng/ml PA-457. As controls, two flasks transfected with either pUC19 or pNL4-3 were cultured without PA-457. Genomic DNA was extracted at peak RT activity and analyzed by PCR amplification and DNA sequencing.
