Schematic representation of structures of PTEN and its mutants. PTEN has a N-terminal phosphatase domain, a C2 domain, and a C-terminal tail that contains multiple phosphorylation sites and a PDZ domain-binding sequence. Numbering is based on the x-ray structure of PTEN (10).
