Domain organization of Sp22D and other serine proteases linked to SRCR domains. Sp22D is the ortholog of the Drosophila adult GRAAL isoform; larval GRAAL is derived from the same gene by alternative splicing in the region indicated (A. I. Munier, H. Caporilla, R. Lanot, D. Zachary, R. Medzhitov, C. A. Janeway, and M.L., unpublished work). CBDs are present only in Sp22D and GRAAL and include a second type in larval GRAAL (lightly shaded circles).
