HepG2 cells were co-transfected with pGL3.hHNF4α (0.5 μg), pcDNA3.p53wt (0.5 μg) or pcDNA3 empty vector (0.5 μg), and CMV.β-gal (0.2 μg) as indicated. Cells were treated with 100 ng/ml TSA 8 h before harvesting (20 h after addition of DNA). Percentages relative to the reporter alone are given.
