CA, Collection of Actinomycetes of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of the University of Cantabria. All strains were originally isolated from animal samples in the Animal Health Regional Laboratory, or from human patients in the Marqués de Valdecilla Hospital, Cantabria, Spain. They were identified by phenotypic analysis and 16S rDNA sequencing.
