Immunoblot analysis of purified fraction GST-Cwp84. Equivalent amounts of the purified fraction were separated by SDS-12% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, transferred to a Hybond-P membrane (Amersham Biosciences), and incubated either with anti-GST antibody (lane 2) or anti-Cwp66Nter (lane 3). Revelation was done with phosphatase alkaline-conjugate antigoat antibodies or phosphatase alkaline-conjugate antirabbit antibodies, respectively, with nitroblue tetrazolium-5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolylphosphate (Invitrogen).
