AtFruct4 colocalizes with a vacuolar marker in subcellular fractionation studies. (A) A postnuclear supernatant of an extract from a 4-week-old Arabidopsis root culture was analyzed by fractionation on a sucrose density gradient. Protein samples from odd fractions were analyzed by SDS/PAGE and immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies against previously described Arabidopsis markers of different compartments of the endomembrane system.
