The production of IgG1 and IgG2a by OVA-immunized BALB/c mice injected with OdDHL. Serum from OVA-immunized BALB/c mice, given either an OdDHL or control injection, was collected, and an ELISA was used to quantify OVA-specific IgG1 (A) and IgG2a (B) levels.
