Low-dose AMB (1 mg/kg) was given on days +14 and +17; optimal AMB (5 mg/kg) was given on days +14, +16, and +18. The results are from two experiments and indicate the mean ± standard errors of the means for a total of 7 to 11 mice per group at each time point.
