All channels were well fitted with a bi-exponential function, with the following values: fKv1.4ΔN: τrecover,fast = 0.21 ± 0.04 s, τrecover,slow= 2.94 ± 0.15 s (n = 7); fKv1.4[V561A]ΔN: τrecover,fast= 0.11 ± 0.02 s, τrecover,slow= 2.41 ± 0.14 s (n= 9); fKv1.4[V561A]ΔN with 500 μm quinidine: τrecover,fast= 0.12 ± 0.01 s, τrecover,slow= 2.64 ± 0.22 s (n= 7); fKv1.4[V561A]ΔN with 1 mm quinidine: τrecover,fast= 0.03 ± 0.01 s, τrecover,slow= 2.81 ± 0.18 s (n= 7).
