The dashed line corresponds to a 1: 1 ratio. B, changes in the paired-pulse ratio (PPR, eIPSC2/eIPSC1) early during postnatal development. PPR at P1 was significantly smaller. C, there was no correlation between PPR and eIPSC decay kinetics. D, PPR and calculated release probabilities negatively correlated at all ages tested (only P1 and P22 shown).
