TNF-α-induced fragmentation of the genomic DNA in cultured brown adipocytes in the presence and absence of insulin. The cells were pretreated with 100 nM insulin for 4 h (lane 4) or 48 h (lane 5), and incubated with TNF-α (10 pM) plus cycloheximide (10 μg/ml) for 4 h.
