Western analysis of GAPA and GAPB in AG-5G and uga mutants. Total cellular proteins were isolated from leaves of mature AG-5G, uga1-1, and uga1-2 plants. Ten-microgram proteins from each sample were subjected to western-blot analysis using rabbit antibody raised against the GAPDH A2B2 tetramer.
