Binding of a CPP1 subdomain to the Gmlbc3 promoter. A bacterial-expressed CPP1 peptide (amino acids 456–596) was incubated with a 32P-labeled Gmlbc3 promoter fragment (lbc3), a DNA fragment from pPZP211 (pPZP211), and a promoter fragment from CaMV35S (CaMV35S), respectively.
