Tryptic pattern of phosphorylated NDH-F polypeptide. Immunopurified Ndh complex (0.5 μg) was incubated in 100 mm Tris-HCl pH 7.5 and 10 units of trypsin at 20°C. The reaction was stopped by the addition of soybean (Glycine max) trypsin inhibitor (75 ng μg⁻¹ trypsin) in SDS sample buffer and then boiling for 10 min. Samples were subjected to Tricine-SDS-PAGE and western-blot analysis using a mixture of monoclonal phosphoamino acid antibodies (A) and an NDH-F antiserum (B).
