A, The RNA was extracted and AtSNAP33 and PR1 mRNA levels were detected by RNA-blot hybridization. The RNA gel stained with ethidium bromide is shown as a control for loading. B, The proteins were extracted, separated on SDS-PAGE, and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane.
