Arabidopsis cyclins interacting with CDKB2;1. In vitro pull-down assay was conducted with D-type and mitotic cyclins. A, [³⁵S]Met-labeled CYCD1;1, CYCD2;1, CYCD3;1, and CYCD4;1 were incubated with GST (lane 2) or GST-CDKB2;1 (lane 3) immobilized on glutathione Sepharose beads. Proteins bound to the beads were separated by SDS-PAGE and autoradiographed. One-microliter input of the translation products is included as a control (lane 1). Arrowheads indicate the position of in vitro translated cyclins. B, CYCA2;2 and CYCB2;1 were incubated with the beads as described above.
