Statistics for MnSOD in T. pseudonana CCMP1335
These data show the cell-specific MnSOD budget based on quantitative immunoanalyses (see “Materials and Methods”). Although MnSOD accounts for a small percentage of the total protein, it is an important pool of Mn in the cell. Cells were grown under continuous light, 120 μmol m−2 s−1 at 20°C.
