Growth of wild-type and sro7Δ strains in the presence and in the absence of NaCl stress. E-flasks containing complete minimal CBS media supplemented with 0 or 0.5 M NaCl at pH 4.0 or pH 7.0 were inoculated from overnight cultures of wild-type (W303-1A) or sro7Δ (WKL-2A) cells to an OD610 of 0.05.
