Interaction between Ras/Rap1 and AF-6. The AF-6N, AF-6-RBD1, and AF-6-RBD2 GAD fusion products were transformed individually into the yeast reporter strain L40 with LBD fusions containing constitutively active and negative mutant forms of Ha-Ras and Rap1, as well as lamin as a negative control. Transformants were grown in selective synthetic medium, and βgalactosidase activity was assayed with O-nitrophenyl-β-galactosidase; values (miller units) are the means ± SD of triplicate determinations.
