Except in the case of N-tosyl-d-proline, all compounds tested were racemic unless otherwise indicated. For N-tosyl-d-proline, both stereoisomers were screened separately in different pools, and both were identified as hits, although the d-isomer appeared to be selected slightly more strongly than the l-isomer.
