The chemical detection, as measured by HPLC, of NE, Epi, or DA is reduced after incubation with HX/XO. This reduction is prevented in a dose-dependent manner in the presence of the SOD mimetic M40403 (10⁻⁷-10⁻⁶ M; n = 6; ∗, P < 0.05 vs. control;
