Cellular localization of HA-tagged H1, H2, and L proteins in T. vaginalis transfectants. Cells were transfected with plasmids encoding HA-tagged H1, H2, or L proteins and were stained for immunofluorescence microscopy using mouse HA-tagged antibody. T. vaginalis anti-Hsp70 was used as a control for hydrogenosomal localization (5). Merge images are provided.
