Neutralization of HAV by soluble receptors. HAV PI (10⁵ TCID₅₀) was neutralized with 50 μg of purified D1-Fc, D1muc-Fc, or PVR-Fc overnight at 4°C. Residual infectious HAV was titrated by endpoint dilution in 96-well plates containing confluent monolayers of GL37 cells. HAV titers were determined by ELISA. Values are the log₁₀ of the HAV titers determined by the Reed and Muench method (31), and the standard deviations are shown as error bars.
