(A) Spearman's r correlation of 16-, 96- and 130-wk-old mice with 15-d-old Csbm/m/Xpa−/− mice, where −1.0 is a perfect negative (inverse) correlation, 0.0 is no correlation, and +1.0 is a perfect positive correlation.

(B) Similarities between significantly overrepresented biological processes. Note that in both Csbm/m/Xpa−/− and naturally aged mice, transcriptional changes were mostly associated with metabolic processes.

(C) Correlation in significant expression changes of genes associated with the GH/IGF1 axis and oxidative metabolism in the livers of Csbm/m/Xpa−/− and naturally aged (96- and 130-wk-old) mice. An extensive overview is listed in Tables S3 and S4.
