Chr Y Analysis and Sensitivity to Gender. A) The SVD decomposition of Chr.Y alone determined a uniform pattern spanning the entire chromosome. In this convention, positive values indicate loss of expression. Dark bars indicate male cases while white bars indicate female cases. There is an obvious and clear separation between arrays due to gender although a loss of Y expression is detected in tumour tissue for case O3.
