Lists genes up-regulated and down-regulated in three-dimensional culture conditions compared to flat culture conditions with a fold change greater than 2.5 times. Genes were annotated based on the locus link defined functional categories: adhesion, differentiation, transcription, proliferation, cell cycle, and growth.
