Multiple sequence alignment of NrfH homologous proteins. The primary sequence of D. vulgaris Hildenborough NrfH (DvNrfH), D. desulfuricans ATCC 27774 NrfH (DdNrfH), W. succinogenes NrfH (WsNrfH), Sulfurospirillum deleyianum NrfH (SdNrfH), Haemophilus influenzae NapC (HiNapC), Paracoccus denitrificans NapC (PdNapC), E. coli NapC (EcNapC) and Shewanella putrefaciens CymA (SpCymA) were aligned using ClustalW (Chenna et al, 2003). The PdNapC sequence was truncated at residue 213.
