Electropherograms of gene-specific ssDNA of EL-1 (left panel) and p65 (right panel) were obtained using the Bioanalzyer 2100 (Agilent). The fluorescence signals are generated by dye intercalation into DNA (RNA 6000 Nano LabChip kit, Agilent; for conditions, see Materials and Methods). Theoretical lengths of ssDNA fragments were 1031 nt for EL-1 and 948 nt for p65, respectively. Measured length indicates 1115 nt for EL-1 and 942 nt for p65, respectively.
