Induction of mouse p21 transcript in response to IR. (A) Raw data of HiCEP analysis. Blue, red, green and orange lines indicate HiCEP data using mRNAs prepared at 0, 3, 6 and 24 h, respectively, after exposure to IR (7 Gy). (B) The p21 peaks. HiCEP analysis was performed twice.
