Specificity of ODA-1 antibody for oleamide and structurally related compounds by ELISA. Oleamide (open circles), oleic acid (closed circles), stearamide (open triangles), erucamide (stars) and N-oleoylglycine (closed triangles) were used as competing ligands in the oleamide ELISA at the concentration indicated. ODA-1 IgG and oleamide-biotin tracer were used at dilutions of 1:40,000 and 1:100,000, respectively (see Materials and Methods for additional details).
