ELISA standard curve for oleamide extracted from serum. Aliquots of rat serum (200 uL) were supplemented with known amounts of oleamide (points plotted) and extracted as described under Materials and Methods. The extracts were used in the ODA-1 competition ELISA to generate the standard curve as shown. Data points are the average of duplicate determinations.
