Dose-response and time course effects of oleamide, oleoylglycine, oleic acid and stearamide administration on core body temperature in rats. Compounds were administered as single intraperitoneal injections at the doses indicated to groups of rats (N=6). Each animal served as its own baseline control (average of three temperature measurements taken during the 20 min period prior to injection).
