Effects of ouabain and vanadate on the ATPase activity of the chimeras and wild-type H⁺,K⁺-ATPase. The assay was performed as in Fig. 2, using varying concentrations of ouabain and vanadate. The ATPase activity determined was corrected for that of the mock.
