Thylakoid membranes were isolated from dark-adapted leaves (Dark) or from leaves illuminated at 30 (LL) or 1000 (HL) μmol photons·m⁻²·s⁻¹ and subsequently incubated in the presence of DTT or NEM in darkness for 10 min, followed by phosphorylation for 30 min.
